Position: Supervisor Psychosocial

Mental health centers and counseling - Nepal (CMC, Nepal), non-governmental organizations in mental health and counseling work, is now open for community mental health and psychological support applications the following locations

Psychology Supervisor (1 full-time position) is responsible for capacity building of NGOs in the psychological care of social workers and counseling, government and health workers. This position is based in Kathmandu, 60% of the time in the field.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology or social work for two years of experience with 5 or psychology or social work degree in mental health and psychological counseling in the field of
• Report writing experience (English), data / information collection, recording skills.
• Communication skills (fluent in English and Nepali);
• Extensive training experience, including on related topics such as psychological counseling and / or psychological way, listening and communication skills, care and mental health care;
• Supervisory experience (this position is expected to monitor the health assistants, nurses, paramedics and long-term work in health and social mobilization experience of social mobilization)
• Demonstrate ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, internal and external organizations.
• Willing to travel to remote areas of the country a long time
• Coordination and networking skills.
